Wah. Elections day (: I don't want this post to be riddled with politics. All I know is that Mr Disillusioned-With-Life-IHATEPAPBECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE PROMEMEMEPOLICIES called this morning and tried to persuade(coerce) Mama into voting for the WP. He doesn't get to exercise HIS vote, so this is what he does. Sickening.

Been veryvery lucky this term. Don't think I've failed a single test yet? Even with chemistry, the easiest shit to do if you've studied (and I didn't), I BARELY passed by 1 and 1/2 marks. You know WHY? Because I got 2 marks for writing down the correct solvents even though it was completely wrong concept. Mr Nah wrote there "Lucky! You don't deserve the 2 marks! WRONG CONCEPT!" Hahah but anyway, this term I've been getting a lot of breaks so I think I should really be thankful. I know how some people really SLOG their guts out, and I really applaud you. Then, there are some people who work hard but don't get their results. Maybe victim of circumstance? I don't know. Anyway, just sad that the world works that way. Hope all this doesn't catch up on me in future.

Yesterday, we had the promotion thing on podium during morning assembly, and it was BAD! Kept laughing. Really sorry! And they was this whole furore about the selling of the fondue which we weren't actually supposed to sell and none of the teachers apparently knew about except for Mrs Seah and Downstairs (which I found out from Ms Koh quite a bit later, because she didn't know either, and her class was supposed to sell.) Ms Sebastian didn't know either. I mean it's really terrible. Speaks to you about the state of middle management in NYGH: sucks. But I shouldn't be so critical. After all, I only study there.

I'm just a rookie. I don't know anything. Are you telling me something?
