I know I'm shitting lazy when it comes to this blog. and you know what? I'm basically shitting lazy in just about a lot of other things. I need a different perspective now! or I'll start getting angsty and stuff you know why? because I know I'm better than coach thinks I am. I'm definitely good enough to make the first 9 without a doubt. I shall work harder to make my hitting more consistent. I'm not very consistent, maybe because I feel threatened by the prospect of being benched. and coach doesn't help either, by being so negative all the time. sure, ms ong says it's his "style" but if your style ain't helping your players, I suggest you change it, just like you ask me to change my style of taking high strikes or balls. this entry has a lot of "I"s in it. well, if coach thinks that I'm not good enough to play, let him think that, because eventually he is the one who makes out the line-up. but just like bat mack says! I'll treat myself as NoelleTamInc. I cannot let myself think that it's useless to train hard because he'll bench me, and also I'd be letting myself down because I have lots of potential. potential is a scary word when it doesn't come true. so let's ACT backwards shall we? ok.

Accept my current state: yes, I admit that I'm not throwing or batting consistently, and I often panic when I have to throw the ball, resulting in a bad throw. I know I can throw better and I can definitely bat well.
Create: I want to make good sharp throws without panicking. the only reason I overthrow is because I panic. If I overcome this, everything will be easy because fielding just comes naturally. as for batting, I have to be more selective of what I bat. yes, I can hit those balls that are high and low and stuff, but they won't be very good hits, and I need to focus more on contacting the ball solidly. every night before I go to bed I shall tell myself "I hit the ball solid" hahah. so the bottome line is to be more selective of which pitches I hit because I have a good eye and I'm capable of doing it.
Take STEPS!: Every training I will use the wild pitching machine if I get a chance to, and focus on hitting my strikes. if it is not possible, then I'll use the new one and change speeds and stuff. Focus on making a good throw every time I throw. do not worry about overthrowing or underthrowing because it will affect how the throw is made. Train hard and condition myself properly, do more plyometrics at home because as previously proven, they work. practice breathing and imagery as much as you would the physical skill. it is not something at is a panacea for everything come game time. it's something that must be practiced often. ok? ok!!!! byebye I feel so much better now!
