today went trg. haha seems like everyday I go trg but no la. anyways. after a game then went rjc to move turf. wooo heavy. (((: worked for about 45 min then called the rest to come over. was sun, turf and sand! hahahahah. ok. see there are a couple of ways to remove the sand from the turf, and each method works a diff muscle. you can do the football kick which works your quads, or the horsekick, which works your glutes or the sitting-on-steeple one which works your hams super well. andand you can do the lean-on-steeple one which works your abs and delts and triceps I guess... overall it's a full body workout. (((: fun-ness. not really, gets tiring after a while and was so dirty! my eczema is coming back. plus I've finished my antibiotics! now only have my anti-histamine things and spray.
